To ensure the best experience at NWSCI, we request your cooperation and ask that you please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please call the office at least 24 hours in advance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen and may need to reschedule your appointment. As in any appointment-based system, when tardiness and unannounced cancellations occur, it affects the scheduling pattern and waiting time for everyone. Our goal is to keep your waiting time minimal and your experience enjoyable.
